Board Information
Land Division, also known as Land Severance or Consent, involves the division of a piece of land resulting in the creation of a new lot. Land Division can also be used to adjust boundaries between properties, or to register easements.
The Township of Scugog appoints a Scugog resident to sit on the Region of Durham's Land Division Committee. Please see the Region of Durham's website for further information
